Helpful Information
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Whenever possible, we recommend scheduling transportation when you know you need it. The minimum notice would be at least three business days in advance, which is not guareenteed availabilty.
Same-day and short-notice transportation may be available depending on our schedule.
What information should I have ready?
Have your pickup and destination addresses, transportation date and time, return-trip information, and details about any wheelchair, mobility, or assistance needs.
What if I need a return ride but don't know the exact time?
If a return time is uncertain, let us know when scheduling. Depending on the trip, passengers may contact dispatch when they are ready for their return pickup.
Can I schedule recurring transportation?
Yes. Blooming Rides can coordinate recurring transportation for ongoing appointments, programs, treatments, and other regularly scheduled trips.
