A minimum of 48 hours in advance is preferred.  Same-day rides may be available depending on schedule.

 

Yes, all our vehicles are wheelchair accessible, equipped with ramps and securement systems to ensure safety and comfort.

Booking & Policy FAQs

You can easily book a ride through our user-friendly online platform or by calling our friendly support team.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. Please refer to our detailed policies for more information.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
We do not accept or bill health insurances.  Please contact your insurance for their transportation options.
