Blooming Rides Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Blooming Rides’ services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Blooming Rides’ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We proudly serve seniors, individuals with disabilities, patients attending non-emergency medical appointments, and the families or caregivers who support them. Whether the trip is for routine medical visits, rehabilitation, dialysis, personal errands, community outings, or family events, we aim to ensure every rider experiences dependable service, respectful assistance, and seamless door-to-door care.

Our drivers are trained in accessibility, safety protocols, and customer support, allowing riders to travel with confidence. Blooming Rides is committed to promoting independence, reducing transportation barriers, and helping our community members stay connected to essential resources and daily life.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings may be scheduled online or by calling 774-300-9097. All ride requests must include complete and accurate trip details, including pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passenger needs (such as wheelchair assistance), and contact information. Rides are considered confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation is sent via email or text message.

By using this website and providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from Blooming Rides, including ride confirmations, payment updates, service-related notifications, and occasional promotional messages.

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Zelle. Cash payments are not accepted.

4. Medical appointments

Round-trip medical appointments include up to 90 minutes of complimentary wait time. If your appointment is expected to last longer than 90 minutes, please provide a return pickup time in advance.

Wait times exceeding 90 minutes are subject to an additional fee of $25 per hour. If an appointment runs longer than planned due to the provider or clinic without prior communication or customer request driver to wait, and if driver availability allows, the $25 per hour wait fee will apply.

By booking with Blooming Rides, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

5. Liability

Blooming Rides is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during the course of our services, unless caused by our negligence. Customers are responsible for their own belongings.

6. Cancellation Policy

Blooming Rides understands that schedules can change. To ensure reliable service for all riders and to account for reserved time and resources, the following cancellation policy applies:

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the trip cost.

  • No-shows (when the rider is not available at the scheduled pickup time and no prior notice is given) will be charged 100% of the trip cost.

  • If the driver arrives and is unable to complete the trip due to rider unavailability, incorrect information, or refusal of service, the trip will be considered a no-show.

Recurring & Scheduled Rides

  • For recurring or pre-scheduled rides, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of each individual ride.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of recurring service.

Blooming Rides Right to Cancel

Blooming Rides reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a ride at any time due to, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe driving conditions (weather, road closures, accidents)

  • Vehicle issues or maintenance needs

  • Driver illness or emergency

  • Incorrect or incomplete booking information

  • Safety concerns involving the rider or pickup/drop-off location

  • Non-payment or payment disputes

If Blooming Rides cancels a ride, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

By booking with Blooming Rides, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

7.Audio/Video Recording Notice

For the safety and security of all passengers and drivers, Blooming Rides may use audio and/or video recording devices inside company vehicles during transportation services. These recordings help ensure quality service, verify incidents, and maintain a safe environment.

By booking a ride or entering a Blooming Rides vehicle, you acknowledge and consent to the use of such recording devices. Recordings may capture audio, video, or both, depending on the vehicle and equipment used.

Blooming Rides will not share or release any recordings unless required by law, requested by law enforcement, or needed to investigate a safety, service, or liability matter. Recordings are stored securely and retained only for a reasonable period consistent with company policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

9. Changes to Terms

Blooming Rides reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
