Blooming Rides Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Blooming Rides’ services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Blooming Rides’ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Blooming Rides provides wheelchair-accessible transportation services in Norfolk, Middlesex, and Bristol counties, Massachusetts. Our services are designed to meet the needs of seniors, people with disabilities, patients with non-emergency medical appointments, and their families/caregivers.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings are made through our website. Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, and Zelle (No cash accepted).
4. Liability
Blooming Rides is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during the course of our services, unless caused by our negligence. Customers are responsible for their own belongings.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time to avoid a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in a full fee.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
7. Changes to Terms
Blooming Rides reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
